2. Random Copolymer powder series

As a random copolymer PP this product is white powder in exterior. The artifacts made of this PP are of excellent gloss and high equilibrium between rigidity and tenacity. It has an excellent processing property, good resistance to chemical and high resistance to impact. The products made of this PP is stable in the long-term using.

This PP can be applied for the processing of extrusion Injection molding, blow molding, cast film, thermoforming,It can be widely used to produce pipe, houseware,packaging container, industrial plastic fitting and the modification of other polymer by blending.

3. Transparent PP and Special PP for Injection of Thin Wall Product.

With properties of light weight, non-toxic, resisting high temperature, resisting chemical reagent. easy to forming and recyclable. this series PP can be applied for the process of extrusion molding, squeeze-pull-blow molding. injection molding, injection-pull-blow molding, and blow injection molding. The transparent products has the low haze ratio. This series PP can be used to produce products requiring high transparency or touching food. It has a high MFR high rigidity. good resistance to heat and high gloss. It is very easy to shaping rapidly.

This series PP can be applied widely for the process of extrusion, injection molding, blow molding, cast film, squeeze etc. It can be used in the industries of food packaging film medical applied, thermal sealing fiIm, the household packaging containers, DVD container, and disposable snack box, also can be used in blending for the modification of other polyolefin.

Random copolymer polypropylene

PPR is a polymer of propylene polymerized with ethylene monomer, which is a chain block that the monomers of propylene and ethylene distribute in random on the major chain after reaction. When it transport the hot water of 70°C. its service life can be 50 years under condition that the continuous inner pressure reach 1Mp. Meanwhile, as the coefficient of thermal conductivity is only 1/200 of steel alloy, the insulation performance is very excellent when transport the heat water, by which the energy saving effect is visible when it is adopted for the hot water or heating system.

  • PB pipe has been the most advanced pipe for the water supplying and the heating system in the world. It had been adopted widely in the developed countries of Europe and America and had been the preferred replacing the copper pipe for cold/heating water.
  • PB-1 has the excellent resistance to thermal creep and can be used for long under temperature of 95°C. The highest service temperature can be 110°C. It has a god ESCR property. The pipe made of PB-1 is soft, flexible, and with high resistance to impact. It should be selected for building pipe by the earthquake-prone countries such as japan for its good flexibility and seismic performance.
